How long does the migration take?
It depends on your setup — the size of your student list, how many active packages and upcoming bookings you have, and what you're moving off of. We'll give you a realistic timeline on the call, and we work around your teaching schedule so there's no disruption.
What if I'm mid-contract with my current tool?
Reach out anyway. We'll look at the math together — in many cases the time you save and the first-year price we offer more than covers what's left on your existing plan.
What proof of cancellation do you need?
A screenshot of the cancellation confirmation, a dated email from the other vendor, or an invoice showing the subscription has been ended. If you're mid-cancellation, we can start the conversation before it's finalized.
What happens to my existing students — do I have to tell them?
We'll move your student contacts over. You decide when and how to tell them about the switch. We can give you a template if you want — some instructors send a short note, others just update their booking link and let their students discover it.
Is there a service gap while you migrate?
No. You stay on your existing tool until SwingMatch is ready for you. We cut over when you're comfortable, not before.
What if the tool I'm on isn't on your list?
If it's a booking, coaching, or website platform and you've purchased a yearly plan, we'll almost certainly work with you. Reach out and we'll tell you what we can migrate.
Is the first-year price discounted for everyone, or is it per-deal?
It's per-deal. There's no templated discount — the first-year price reflects what you're walking away from, the size of your practice, and what you need from SwingMatch. That's why the first step is a conversation.
